Why we started
Aqua Serenity Spas began with a simple frustration: buying a hot tub in the UK was either eye-wateringly expensive at a traditional showroom, or a gamble on an unknown marketplace seller with no aftercare. We knew there was a better way.
So we built a spa business around two promises — honest, marketplace-matched pricing, and the kind of support you'd expect from a local specialist. We hand-pick every model in our range, test it ourselves, and stand behind it with a 3-year warranty and a UK team who actually answer the phone.

We watch what the big online marketplaces charge and price-match the products we carry, then add only a modest margin to cover delivery, installation support and a decade of aftercare experience.
